-25 lbs clay
-Bisque firing
-camping for workshop, firing, and unloading

-2 cubic feet wood firing (October 22-24 loading and firing dates)
-2 cubic feet raku firing (during wood firing)
-2 cubic feet pit firing (during wood firing)
-unloading on Saturday, Oct. 30 with optional Halloween party after.
Join Joe Robinson for two days of instruction and making in preparation for wood firing in our catenary arch wood kiln on October 22-24. Making techniques, clays, glazes, and special considerations will be covered. Each student will have the opportunity to fire 6 cubic feet of work at east creek, including 2 cf wood, 2 cf pit, and 2 cf raku. The pit and raku firings will take place during the wood firing in late October. The unloading takes place on the saturday before halloween- optional free camping and a halloween party after the unload.
On Saturday night Sept. 11 we’ll make personal wood fired pizzas. Camping and pizza dough/sauce are included, BYO toppings and beverages.
