About The Event
Register below for food and accommodation options. Indoor accommodation options are first-come first served and if sold out will appear as unavailable. Friday arrival and Monday departure are also available upon request- email joe@eastcreekart.org to extend your accommodation booking.
Meal Plan Menu:
Saturday
Lunch: Seasonal salad and frittata with local Willamina eggs and in-season produce from the farm down the road. Veggie or Bacon options.
Dinner: Wood Fired pizza- make your own with provided ingredients (and some help). Bring your own additions if you like!
Sunday
Breakfast: Breakfast bar of local fruits, eggs, cheese, bagels, pastries, and delicious fruit spreads from the neighbor.
Lunch: Homemade Chili con Carne or tomato soup and homemade corn bread. Sour cream, cheese, and onions available.

Our 20' A-Frame cabin overlooks a small pond and is accessible by footbridge or trail. It has a queen bed and two twins to accommodate up to 4.

Bunkhouse Cabin Booking

Stay in our "crew quarters" aka rustic bunkhouse in a twin bed with sheets provided. BYO comforter or blanket (some loaners available). This is the closest option to the bathroom. This is a shared accommodation, there are 4 beds in the bunkhouse.
