About the event
Work in the East Creek studio two days a week for 4 consecutive weeks. This allows enough process time to make, trim, fire, and glaze your works.
Included:
-8 days studio time starting 9:00a Tuesdays and ending 9:00p Wednesdays July 6-7, 13-14, 20-21, and 27-28
-One full bisque load in 1227 kiln (27"W x 27"D)
-One full glaze load, cone 1-6 (no cone 10 currently)
-100 lbs clay
-Camping, shared composting toilet, outdoor shower
-Use of shared kitchen facilities
Optional:
-Stay in a tiny cabin
-Bring your non-artist partner for an extra $100 total for 4 weeks
-Extra Cone 6 glaze firing- full load in 1227- $100
-Raku firing day with 1 hour of instruction, glaze, and fuel: $100
-Extra clay $12/bag
-Extra bisque firing: $50/load in 1227 kiln
-Leave pots for fall wood firing: $45/CF
-Wood fired pizza oven use: FREE
