Forest Studio Retreat

Come to East Creek for an affordable, self directed residency in the woods!

This is as simple as it gets. A 10x10 covered studio built in the forest with a lockerbie kickwheel, an available table, and some shelves for wareborards. You'll have access to the tools and supplies in the main East Creek studio or you can bring your own tools. 

A small tent site is located just across from the forest studio space. Your vehicle can be parked adjacent to the space. The studio is located along a beautiful forest path that goes to a small lawn by the creek. It's a beautiful, fully natural setting with a roof but no walls. 

Your booking runs Saturday morning thru Friday evening and includes 2 cubic feet of bisque space for works you make during your mini-residency. Bring your own clay or buy selected in-stock Georgies clays from us for $20/bag. You may choose to come and go as you please or share your time with a friend. Bookings are only available in 7 day blocks at this time. 

While at East Creek, you are welcome to use our faciliites to cook, shower, and use the restroom. We have a grill, stove, and microwave available to make your camping experience easier. Our shared fire pit is also avaialble as fire season allows.
